Worked on the dropzone today.
Especially in the front, where we were,
there was a lot going on.
But we managed well.
Jumps were in time.

After that there was a small ceremony 

at the back of the castle.

I decided to take a few moments for myself.
Sat below a wild chestnut tree,
hoping it wouldn't drop

 its wonderful shining fruits
right on my head.
It didn't.

We were back just in time
for the ceremony
at the Glider Pilot Regiment Monument.
